I replaced my 250GB hard drive with a 2T harddrive in my iMac. I run OSX Snow Leopard.

What is the best partition scheme for a drive this large for performance and reliability? Should I make one 2T partition for the OS and data? Or should I make one partition for the OS and anothe for data?

Thanks.

Leave it as one partition. No need to separate applications from data. That's a left over idea from Windows and not needed in OS X.
