Switching iTunes library from PC to Mac

MPB 2.2 Intel Core Duo 2gb Ram - G5 Tower PPC - iPhone 4 - 2x3GHZ 12gb Ram MacPro Tower, ATV2
Hi I'm trying to transfer my iTunes library from PC to Mac.

I have exported library which came out as a XML file.

How do I get the iTunes on the mac to read this so I don't have to manually re-input all my music (all music has now been transferred over)
