Hello everyone,

I am in the market to buy a new Macbook pro. I am pretty much settled on the 15" my only question is the is it worth paying the extra $300 dollars for the 2.2 ghz AMD Radeon HD 6750M with 1GB GDDR5 versus the stock one.

I am a music teacher and mostly use my computer for word, music composition software, hulu/netflix, and garage band/logic applications.

Thanks

If you can afford the extra $300, I would recommend the upgrade. You'll be happy you did, especially if you work a lot with music.

yeah if you have the money go for it mate. but 2.0ghz is also powerful enough for what you'll use it for, just a note.
