Im having my htc phone replaced first thing tomorrow morning due to a fault. I have some videos of my children at christmas that i need to upload to my imac. I have downloaded the software needed from the official htc website. My problem is that when trying to open this, i get the message "this movie cannot be opened" The file is not a movie.

Any help or advice on how to get these videos on my mac would be appreciated because it will break my heart to lose them.

Thanks

Are you unable to open the HTC software you downloaded or are you unable to open the pictures you are trying to transfer?

What is the name of the file that you can not open?

Take 60 seconds to read through the link:

Select OK. You will now be able to send and receive files to and from the HTC device via Bluetooth:

If all else fails, bring along a USB ThumbDrive and ask them if they will transfer the files from your phone to it.

Put'em on a micro SD card from the phone & use a reader to transfer them to your Mac....
