MBP 2007 Not charging

The light on the MagSafe is faith green almost can't be seen replace the battery and the MagSafe. Any idea how to test the I/o board? 75% sure need replace. Help....

Your Mac's Specs
2017 27" iMac, 10.5" iPad Pro, iPhone 8, iPhone 11, iPhone 12 Mini, Numerous iPods, Monterey
The DC input board is easily replaced if that's what is causing the problem. I'm not sure of a way to test it. You can find those boards on eBay or any other seller of Mac parts. I don't believe they're expensive.
