Do not allow that thing to be installed on your Mac.

Worth your money for what? What is it you want to do that you require such an app?

This ain't windows.

There have been plenty of posts already on this subject you can find with a search.

+1. I wouldn't use it even if it was free and came with coupons. ;P

Oh no! I have installed it already in my mac. But I did not buy it yet just the trial version. Will it cause any problem with my system? I've read the previous posts and lots of them recommend Onyx. Thank you so much!

Their directions for uninstalling:

1) quit the app
2)drag & drop it to the trash
3) fill in the survey form: just choose one of the reasons why you've decided to uninstall MacKeeper
4) press 'Uninstall' button and all the components of MacKeeper will be completely removed from your Mac

When you get ready for some maintenance on your Mac grab either Maintenance or Onyx - both free - from here.

Maintenance is the easier of the two - many more options with Onyx.

Most of us don't use them but 2-4 times per year. There's no more weekly/monthly maintenance you need to do any longer.
