I purchased a single user copy of parallels and have been using it on my old iMac for a few months.

I have now purchased a new iMac and have tried to install the same version of parallels on the new iMac but it will not accept the key.

I do not wish to use parallels on my old iMac any more, how do I delete it and get the key to legally work on the new iMac.

Regards

Antony

All indications online are that you should be able to install the application on your new iMac with the key you have and then just move the VM's from your old iMac to the new iMac..

If that isn't working, you should call Parallels and they can help you out..

My advice is to contact Parallels support and ask. I suspect that once the SN is activated, it can not be activated again on another machine without purchasing an additional or multiple license. Parallels support should be able to help you out.
