Exporting Exchange Group contacts from Iphone

I managed all of my contacts on my Iphone 4 via my old laptop running Outlook (i.e., Exchange server). I can still access the contacts on my Iphone, however, I can't synch them to the Address Book on my Imac. I no longer have access to my laptop running Outlook where I was managing my contacts before. Is there a way to add the Exchange group contacts to my Iphone Contacts or export them to a CSV file or via ITunes so that I can delete the entire Exchange account (email, contacts, calendar)? When I try to sync them via iTunes, the Exchange Group does not appear as an option to sync with.
