So my company is trashing some laptops (IbooKs) so I got a few of them, I got them upgraded to Version 10.3.9 want to donate to children in need ....but after iplaying with the Mac I realized that their is very little to do with them..flash, seach, play simple games,java and s on..is this a loss cause since I cannot go to 10.4 or 10.5..

I dont think children in need are going to have much use for them - assuming you mean the British charity
There are charities that could use them - but I would have to do some research into the issue.
