iTunes, Unable to check for available downloads

I've been wanting to re-download my movies from itunes but this keeps coming up. I need help :(

Trying logging out of your iTunes account, closing iTunes, log out then back in, open iTunes and check for downloads again, log in when prompted.
This usually clears any problems like the one you are having.
