5-point Pentalobe Screwdriver

Hi

I'm trying to purchase the correct screwdriver for removing a Battery on the MacBook 15' Unibody (mid2009-later), is there a particular mm size or reference?

The driver you need for the 2009 MBP battery is 1.5mm pentalobe.

There are loads of 1.2mm for MacBook Air on eBay, but the 1.5 is hard to find. There seem to be a few UK sellers of the 1.5mm.

The previous poster is correct, you need a 1.5mm pentalobe. My sisters was exactly the same. I wrecked 1 of them trying to get it out with pliars :S

It might be easier to search eBay for the Apple speciality repair tool part number. The one you will need is 922-9101. I've just checked and there are UK sellers. I also searched for 1.5mm pentalobe and they are listed under that too.
