Lost download folder on Doc

I lost my download folder on my Doc. I'm using OS X Lion.
I went to find the download folder but when I dragged it to the doc it showed up as the latest download with was an iTunes folder. Then I saw I had other download folder out of that one. Where do I go to get THE DOWNLOAD folder to put on the doc?

Open the Finder. The Downloads folder should be shown in the sidebar by default - unless you removed it in preferences. Drag the Downloads folder from the sidebar to the right side of the Dock separator and drop it there.

Or, just go the one showing the iTunes icon, right click on it and choose Display as Folder. You'll also want to further confirm that it indeed has all your downloaded files in it, so open it up and take a look.
