My page Needs improvement. Help!

Most of you guys out here know I'm fairly new to the computer, photoshop and what not. What I'm am wondering about is, how can i make my pages more interesting to check out or even offer the images in different sizes? Many have asked but I have no clue as to how to go about it. If you have seen my pages perhaps you have some ideas for me to improve it. I know there are numerous places out there offering wallpaper, I just want to add to the confusion Any suggestion welcomed.
