Can someone tell me how to eradicate AOL Desktop from my iMac? I'm having unresponsive issues. I'm running Lion, 2.66 GHz 4 GB ram

Yeah well…the wife likes it, and up until a while back it worked fine for me. I did look at the link you provided…thanks btw, it shows a different procedure than the one I looked at earlier. Will this uninstall the entire program? Truth be told…I'm going to reinstall and want a clean slate so to speak. Thanks for your help.

I don't really have a clue if it will or not since I've not been anywhere near them in 15 years.

I was just surprised the page didn't say "Call Microsoft" as that's what their tech support told their customers when I was working tech support for MS.

I'd hope they'd know at least how to install and remove their own app???
