Hey,

Im trying to delete Windows Media Player for the sole reason that it sucks. It also sucks so much that it wont let me. I just put all the junk in the trash can and when I try to delete it says it "Operation cannot be completed because "_____" is locked. I traced these files down, but it doesnt say that they are locked. They are packaged inside this archive.

Thanks if youve got any tips

Try selecting "Secure Empty Trash" from the Finder Menu. That often works for me. If that doesn't work, find the app or archive in question, do a get info (Apple + I) and see if there is a check in the box marked "Lock".
