Creating a user without Filevault 2 pre-boot disk unlock privileges?

Running Lion and trying to make an account that can't unlock the disk.

My admin account is able to unlock the disk in pre-boot authentication, and I want to create a standard account that can only login after boot (after the admin account has unlocked the disk). This can be achieved when Filevault 2 is set up by not entering the password for the accounts that should not have pre-boot authentication permission, but it's tougher now that Filevault is already set up.

The standard behavior when creating a new user account is to give it disk unlock privileges.

I'd rather have my computer's data secured by my password alone, and not by the other new user on my computer. So now that Filevault 2 is already set up, is there any way to create an account that cannot unlock the disk?

Thanks.
