Before upgrading to os x 10.7 I had my scroll function turned off and now after upgrading I can't find any way to turn it back on. I was just wandering if anybody could help with with this problem and explain to me how to turn it back on.

Thanks in advance

Not exactly sure what you mean by "scroll function", but if you're looking to change the way scrolling works in Lion go to System Preferences>Trackpad>Scroll & Zoom.

Sorry, I cannot use my mouse to scroll as I turned scrolling off in the previous version and after upgrading there doesn't seem to be a way to turn it back on.

There is an option for mouse in the settings, however there isn't an option to turn on scrolling and that is what I'm looking for.

Go into System preferences > Universal Access > Mouse > Mouse Option and adjust scrolling speed, and inertia if required, there. Why removed from mouse preferences have no idea.
