Updated Firefox -Profile Issue

Hi Gang
Im using OSx 10.4.2
Just updated my Firefox from 1.05 to 1.07
The update went ok ,
However I cant access my original Profile

I found this

Tried to access some of this through Terminal , however Im pretty new to Mac
It didnt seem to allow me access

Anyone know of an easier way to change my profile
