How Do You Bind Lion To Active Directory?

With Snow Leopard all you did was go to the Accounts option in System Preferences and then click on Join but that option is no longer there in Lion.

How to I connect Lion to Active Directory?

They changed the terminology apparently. It's in Users & Groups, under Login Options:

BTW, Thank you for the screenshot. That was helpful.
OS X 10.7.3 is supposed to help with binding to Active Directory. See this Apple support article.

In addition, there are some forums saying there have been problems with the new update, like applications failing to open after installing 10.7.3. So, PLEASE BACKUP YOUR SYSTEM first. Expect a long download, too. The typical size is around 750 MB. Also, using the Combo Update from Apple's support page seems to be the safest way. You can get that here.
