32GB iPad 2. 32GB iPhone 3GS. 2011 13" MacBook pro
I bought the 2GB square iPod shuffle today and just wondered if I can sync music from my iPad to my iPod etc?

Sure! Just not directly. You plug them in through iTunes on your computer.
