8GB 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM - 2x4GB
500GB Serial ATA Drive @ 5400 rpm

Macbook Pro 13" #2 $1,399.00

2.7GHz Dual-core Intel Core i7
4GB 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM - 2x2GB
500GB Serial ATA Drive @ 5400 rpm

Which one should i get? i am a regular youtube user along with twitter, facebook, etc. i sometimes use photoshop and iphoto. i am mainly getting this for school.

If you plan on having this last you for 4 years then get the one with the i7.

That said, you can get the Corei5 model and upgrade the RAM yourself by purchasing an upgrade from crucial.com

Currently selling for about 70 dollars shipped.

+1 on that advice

You can add RAM but you can't upgrade the processor.

EDIT: Though honestly either easily handles your stated usage

Go for the fastest processor you can afford and upgrade the ram yourself. It gives you the most flexibility in my opinion.
