Attempting to copy to the disk macintosh hd failed itunes

Hi after downloading some music today it seems as if I can't copy it into my itunes. I've never had this problem before today, I've tried doing the things listed here but had no luck. https://discussions.apple.com/message/7623410?messageID=7623410#7623410
Can someone please help me? I have itunes 10.4 64-bit on Mac OS X Lion. I have a Macbook Pro early 2011 version.

I have the same or similar problem I can't add to my iTunes from my external hard drive it's set up as NTFS and my Mac says read only.

In order to read and write from the NTFS formatted drive you need to install a third party driver. The recommended driver to install is "Paragon NTFS" which can be purchased for $19.95 from here.
