Hello there!

At our company we're running an Outlook Exchange 2003 Server. During the last years I used Outlook 2008 for mac without any problems. In this time I created a hundreds of folders and subfolders in my inbox to organize all the projects etc.

Now with Outlook 2011 I'm running into a big problem. It seems to be impossible to subscribe to all of my foldes and subfolders recursivly (I guess about 1.000 to 1.500 folders/subfolders total).

How can I solve this? I don't want to subcribe to each folder manualy. This would take a couple of hours...

Thanks in advance and greetings from Frankfurt / Germany,
NSB

Welcome to the Mac Forums.

You can not use Outlook 2011 with Exchange Server 2003 because it's not supported by MS. You need Exchange Server 2007. And since there is no such program as Outlook 2008, (you might be thinking of Entourage 2008) you would need to use a Windows version.

See the following LINK for more info.

Thank you!

I know that Outlook 2011 doesn't support Exchange Server 2003. Thats why I'm triing to use IMAP. Outlook 2011 receives all my emails from the exchange server and it shows every IMAP folder I subscribed to. And thats my problem: I don't want to subscribe manualy to 1.000 + IMAP folders.

Is there a way to subscribe to all IMAP folders and subfolders automaticly in on step?

Best, NSB
