I have a 750gb WD My Passport SE and I am wondering if I can remove it from it's enclosure and use it as my primary HDD in my MBP 13" mid-2009. I searched and could not find anything on this but if there is something just shoot me the link. Thanks

I would bet the drive is too thick to work well in your MBP, as it was just recently the 750GB 9.5mm drives were released. The MBP requires a 9.5mm drive and I'm guessing the drive in your enclosure is a 13mm thickness drive.

However, if it is a 9.5mm drive, you should be fine.
