Way... way too many specs to list.
If so, I need a hand. We're missing the email with the content code. Got the email with the password for it. Called Apple, they were stellar-ly unhelpful. There's a line in there as follows:

If you did not receive an email from the OS X Lion Up-To-Date program with your content code, please check your spam filter settings for attachment restrictions and contact us at to have this email and your content code re-sent.

You'll note.. no email contact. Anyone have an email contact for this program? Thanks!

I thought you had already installed Lion once and then decided to roll back to Snow Leopard? Had another change of heart? :)

Just call Apple again and tell them you never received the email with the content code and have them resend it.

I do, it's my mom's machine. She's tried that with Apple Care, I told her to call the MY APPLE #. We'll see what happens.
