Ever since the upgrade to Lion whenever I telnet into a device at work it resolves to the last IP address of the device instead of the primary dns entry. Our routers have multiple IP addresses that are listed in DNS as secondary addresses. When I ping the router I get the primary IP address but when I try and telnet it resolves to the last secondary address. This causes telnet to fail as this secondary address is to an interface that is on a different network. All of there telnet devices work fine (i.e. Windows, UNIX, Cisco IOS, etc.). Not an earth shattering problem but it can be a big PITA as I'm in different routers all day long. Anybody come across this or have any suggestions on how to fix this?
Keep in mind it worked fine on Snow Leopard and it currently works fine on all other devices besides Lion.
