I would like an explanation about what Im doing now to access the HD attached to my Airport Extreme Base station when Im working with my MBP out of home and need to access over the internet. I have seen in YouTube a tutorial that shows a simple way to do that but I would like the opinion of people who knows and practice this. So there is the address in You Tube:

The point is that i connect to server with AFP protocol with a dynamic IP and it works!! How it is doing this? I would like to know.
