2011 MacBook Pro restart issue

hello, I am having issues with my 2011 13" MBP, An error occurs after 3 minutes of start up, It has happened twice and I have had to restart my computer by holding down the power button. Also when I pick it up it sounds like there is something loose and moving around on the inside on the right side were you rest you right palm is that normal? should I take it in to apple?
it is on the latest software (lion 10.7)

What you're experiencing is called a "kernel panic" and is usually caused by a hardware error or failure. The something loose noise is not normal. It's best to make an appointment with your local Apple store genius bar and have them trouble shoot it for you. Your machine is still under warranty.
