Hi, I recently upgraded to the Lion OS, but thought it sucked so I tried reformatting.

I partitioned my disk so half of it was Lion, other half Snow Leopard.

Now I got rid of Lion, and I'm on Snow Leopard.

But I only have half of my partitioned disk, and the other half is empty and free.

How can I fix it so that my Snow Leopard takes up ALL the space, rather than have 200GB of emptiness?

Please help me.

And if this is relevant in any form, I am using a Macbook Pro.

Disk utility allows you to grow partitions so that you can effectively merge two partition spaces back to one.

It is recommended that you have a time machine back-up in case anything goes wrong, but it usually works flawlessly.
