Versions - Lets face it - It's pants.

I can't be the only person irritated by versions. Now when I work on a document all I can hear is a constant chugging from my iMac as it saves each version. The chugging is very irritating. As if that's not bad enough we no longer have the Save As choice in the menu. Instead there is a convoluted method of duplicating and renaming documents. As I write scripts [Dramatic] for a living I constantly get notes and have to do several drafts. Now because of versions I have to duplicate - a dialogue comes up asking if I mean to do this. Then I have to click that. Then I have to close the duplicate in order to save the document in the place that I want to save it and only then can I rename it - All of this instead of a Save As - choice. FFS give me back that choice and don't rob me of it.

Other than that fairly underwhelmed by Lion.
