Hi, my parents just recently bought a macbook and they have personally appointed me as tech support lol.

I was wondering if there was a way to remotely access and control their Mac from my PC without knowing the IP address, since most of the tutorials i have read required you to enter the IP. Is there any way I could just turn on my computer, open a program, and control their macbook without much interference from them? Thanks!

Your Mac's Specs
Mac Mini i5 (2014 High Sierra), iPhone X, Apple Watch, iPad Pro 12.9, AppleTV (4)
There are many products to do that.

I personally favour a free logmein account.

It's a small install on thier Mac and then you can access without an IP address anywhere you have an internet connection.

I use it for exactly the same reason .... remote tech support for family and friends
