I have seen several reports of this on various Mac forums. So far, it doesn't seem to be universal, but its definitely affecting a fair few people. Try the usual troubleshooting steps first:

a. Repair permissions
b. Restart (or at least logout/login)

If that doesn't clear it up, head for Apple's support forums.

Ok, straight from the Apple forums:

Edit your host file in /etc so that it ONLY has this in it,

##
# Host Database
#
# localhost is used to configure the loopback interface
# when the system is booting. Do not change this entry.
##

127.0.0.1 localhost

255.255.255.255 broadcasthost

::1 localhost

fe80::1%lo0 localhost

save it and then flush the DNS cache:

dscacheutil -flushcache

in Terminal.

Restart or logout/login. Try Facetime, see if it works. Should now.
If you had anything else in your hosts, put it back and save.

Also were reports changing your DNS servers to something like OpenDNS might work.
