NTFS allows mac OS X to write to NFTS formatted drives, it does not allow Windows to write and read Mac formatted disks

NTFS for Mac enables OS X to write, create and repair NTFS partitions.

If you want Windows to see, read, write to HFS partitions, then you'll need a tool in Windows, such as their HFS+ for Windows.

Yep, afraid so. Back with version 7 of NTFS for Mac they were packaging the HFS for Windows with it. But, I think it was really a beta product and the NTFS for Mac was $40 back then instead of the $20 it is now.

Instead of using Boot Camp, install Fusion and Windows 7 as a VM. You'll then be able to read and write both ways without additional drivers.

Apple's Boot Camp drivers do include one to let you read/write on HFS+ (your OS X partition). You should have installed those to get all the right drivers in Windows for your hardware.
