Cant Choose the Wifi Option on iPad

guys was up for some weird reason my ipad lost the availability to be able to choose wifi on/off... ive downgraded to 4.2.1 and upgrade back to 4.3.3 and nothing. cant fix it.. and i cant upgrade ipad to 4.3.4 wont let me.. the option its just not on Bold black its grayed out

Try and reset Network Settings. To do this, tap Settings >> General >> Reset >> Reset Network Settings

If that doesn't solve, try do a reboot (hold power button and home button at the same time until it reboots).

Failing that I'd suggest a trip to the Apple store . . . . looks like a hardware failure to me.
