Safari won't load

Hi Guys,

Can anyone assist with this. After just completeing a mass of updates Safari Browser will not load. It opens at the home page and then shuts down opening the shutdown error page. I tried to re-open but the same thing happened.

Any ideas? Where can I get a free standing version of Safari to re-load if I have to?

You can download Safari 5.1 from Apple. Here's the LINK. In order to install Safari 5.1 you'll have to remove the version that's on your machine first.
