i cant install macosx in my macbook pro it say

What type of MBP, which version of OS X? Is it the system restore disk from your computer?

Try using the original install disk that came with your computer. Snow Leopard updates only system files and the kernel extensions upon a reinstall unless you do a clean install. After reinstalling run Software Update to bring Snow Leopard up to 10.6.8. A retail Snow Leopard disk does not work on the late MBP models because it does not contain the proper hardware drivers.

i dont have the disk that come with my computer please help me.

First, downloading it from the Internet is illegal. If you need new disks, call Apple.
