When i had SL i used cmd+arrow keys to switch between spaces. But since i have clean installed Lion i cant do it anymore. I dont see the option to customize it in System Preferences like it did in SL. Any thoughts?? Thanks.

Have you checked in System Preferences under Keyboard. There is a Mission Control option under the Keyboard Shortcuts tab that defines the shortcuts for accessing Mission Control desktops. Check and see which boxes are checked.
