I accidentally deleted the 'Applications' folder off of my dock. I got it back, but now it only has the original applications it had when I first got the computer. I had others on it that make it much easier to get to with the folder...how do I get them back?

Can you restore them from a Time Machine backup?

How did you restore the Applications folder to the Dock? If you dragged it from the sidebar to the right side of the Dock separator, it should include all the applications that you added previously. Remember, the Dock icons are aliases of the actual files and folders they represent.

It sounds like you have applications "stored" in more than one Applications folder. So, to clarify, do you believe that the "folder" you deleted from your Dock was showing all the original applications and the ones you added? If that is true, then you may have some duplicate applications.
