Before when I turned my MBA display to the darkest setting, it would stay there. Dark and blank. Basically off.
Recently, when I set my display to the darkest after 2 or 3 minutes the screen springs back to life and is bright and on again.
If I move my finger on the trackpad display goes black but then turns on again after around 30 seconds.
I've played around with the screensaver and power settings but still can't seem to figure out what is wrong or how to make it work.
Does anyone know how to reset all this? I might have deleted or modified something on the system.
