I have two iPads connected to same Mac. The 2nd one was on a different computer initially. I copied the backup folder to the Mac and restored the iPad. Everything is fine except that it says apps are not synced. How can I ensure the apps are backed up on the 2nd iPad.*I necessarily do not want to sync apps but want to ensure the apps and data are backed up.

A visitor somehow knocked out the link between my facebook desktop icon and the facebook program. Does anyone know how to restore the link? The desktop icon now only produces an ugly black rectangle and goes nowhere.
