I'm leaning way heavier towards the Air, but i am curious how much of a difference the computing power of the extra .9GHz the Pro has over the Air. I don't do heavy applications like audio/video editing or hardcore games, but I am curious...

I'm assuming you're looking at the high end 13in MBP. That's really difficult to say, but generally when you get in the realm of nearly 1GHz of added processing speed you will actually start to notice improvements. It all really depends on what you need the PC for. If you have a lot of music/movies you may want the added space, but you could also get an external for that duty. If this is just a computer for internet, music, some movies and document stuff, then the 13in MBA should serve you well.
