folder jump

How to decrease speed of file jumping inside folder in mac while dragging?
when you drag a file into folder there is certain amount of time before folder opens
i decreased the time n now i don't know how to reverse it, n i don't know where was the option
now when i drag a file to a folder it opens so quickly n i have to drop inside folder which creates cluster(or don't know what to say to it) so i have to clean up
sorry i cannot explain exactly cos of bad english

Spring-loaded folders: short medium or long

omg cudn't see that, i've been tryin to solve this for a week
