So excited to get Lion but having some trouble. I have a new iMac running Snow Leopard 10.6 and an older MacBook running Leopard 10.5.8. I know that I can't purchase Lion for my MacBook without upgrading to 10.6. Is there anyway to install my Snow Leopard from my iMac so I don't have to do the double upgrade or am I stuck?

Thanks!

Buy Lion on your iMac. Before you install it, locate the Lion installer app in the applications folder. Right click it. Select "Show Package Contents." Locate the file InstallESD.dmg - drag it to disk utility and burn a copy. put it in your macbook. Start up from the disc, and install Lion.
