Ok So I have upgraded to Lion, however I wish to now do a clean install, but I have a folder called Job Applications within Mail, which I need to keep, where would this be located within my Time Machine Backup so I can restore it after the re install?

They hide it under Lion. This is in time machine where it would be located, assuming your backup is of snow leopard. In lion the folder is still THERE, it's just hidden, so you'll need to show hidden files before moving it.

I'm not sure if it works within Time Machine, but open terminal and code this:

Code:
defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles TRUE
killall Finder

Then try to open Time Machine and hope!
