Deleted System Preferences

A couple of days ago I deleted my system preferences. I searched everywhere (spotlight, blue apple and HD). I finally found my disks but now my drive won't work! Does anyone know where I might be able to download system preferences for version 10.4.11? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try downloading the 10.4.11 Combo Update to see if that will restore it. Get the one appropriate for your machine (PPC vs Intel).
