problems installing Leopard in ibook G4 tiger

Hello all, Ive got an ibook g4 with a 150gb hard drive. I installed more than a year ago the Leopard but few days ago I had to reinstall the operational system and by mistake put the original one, it means the 10.4.11, not it doesnt let me change to Leopard. What can i do? ive got the original cds.

G'day and welcome to the forums.

Boot from your original Leopard disc, after language selection go into Utilities > Disk Utility and erase the drive, formatting as Mac OS Extended and APM under partitioning, back to installer and proceed.

How did you install 10.5 Leopard the first time a year back?

and yes, last year i installed leopard although im not sure which version exactly.

How did you install it the first time? Did you own the DVD? If so, where did it go?
