Hi guys,

I have a late 2008 alum MacBook. When I got it I ordered 4GB ram with it, Apple's official literature states that this is the maximum it will take.

My question is, has anybody managed to get 2 x 4GB modules in to make it 8GB or will the motherboard physically not take this amount?

Thanks in advance :)

After looking at that link, it looks like I should be able to get 8GB in.

Thanks a lot. I'll let you all know how I go.
