MacBook 5 2 hard drive upgrade

Hi there, I want to upgrade my MacBook5,2 hard drive. Please could someone let me know which hard drive is compatible with this. I want 500GB of storage.

I am unsure whether all laptop hard drives will fit.

Your Mac's Specs
15" MBP '06 2.33 C2D 4GB 10.7; 13" MBA '14 1.8 i7 8GB 10.11; 21" iMac '13 2.9 i5 8GB 10.11; 6S
Any 500 GB 2.5" drive will fit. It is only when you get into the 750 GB and larger that you will run into drives that are too tall to go in there.

You're looking for a 2.5" 9.5mm height drive.
