iTunes ERROR 20.... any ideas ?

hi guys,

im getting an error 20 when I try to update my iphone 4 to the iOS 5 beta 3, I already have my UDID registered to a development account..... I using a MacBook Pro, with itunes beta 3...... my iphone is on iOS 4.3.4..... any idea why im getting this error ?

Normally error 20 is when you are not using an updated iTunes not sure in your case.
