4.2.9 for the CDMA iPhone, unfortunately. I wish Apple would catch us "second-class" iPhone owners up to the GSM version.

4.2.9 for the CDMA iPhone, unfortunately. I wish Apple would catch us "second-class" iPhone owners up to the GSM version.

I didn't even have to guess what your post was going to be, when I saw you were the last reply. :p I guess we'll be sitting tight until iOS 5. I don't even want to think about not getting iOS 5 on release date having a CDMA phone.

I didn't even have to guess what your post was going to be, when I saw you were the last reply. :p I guess we'll be sitting tight until iOS 5. I don't even want to think about not getting iOS 5 on release date having a CDMA phone.

I'm thinking they'll catch us up then for sure. Kind of like what they did with the iPad and iOS 4.0.

iOS Vulnerability and Patch

There is a security hole in several versions of Apple’s iOS (for
iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad) that leaves users vulnerable to
malicious code contained in infected PDF files:

Apple has released a security fix to patch his vulnerability:

So, if you haven’t recently, you should update the OS in your iDevice.
